เหล่านักกินเตรียมพร้อม ททท. จัดเต็ม “Amazing Food Festival 2024” จังหวัดภูเก็ต ยกทัพร้านอาหารดัง ชูเสน่ห์อาหารไทย ปลุกกระแสการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหาร

การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) มอบความพิเศษจัดเต็มครั้งยิ่งใหญ่กับงานเทศกาลอาหาร “Amazing Food Festival 2024” ยกระดับเทศกาลอาหารสู่ระดับสากลที่จะทำให้ประเทศไทยกลายเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศจุดหมายปลายทางด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหาร ด้วยแนวคิด “Good Food Good Vibes” นำเสนอสุดยอดร้านดังที่ได้รับการคัดสรรมาอย่างดีมากมายไว้ภายในงานเดียว เพื่อให้อาหารเป็นสื่อกลางเชื่อมโยงต่อยอดสู่การเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในประเทศ โดยครั้งนี้จะจัดขึ้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ระหว่างวันที่ 5-7 กรกฎาคม 2567 ณ ภูเก็ตเอาท์ดอร์ อารีนา ฝั่งฟลอเรสต้า ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล ภูเก็ต เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวนอกฤดูกาลด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหาร ชูจุดเด่นและช่วยผลักดันวัตถุดิบของอาหารไทยในการเปิดมุมมองท่องเที่ยวไทยสู่สายตาโลก เปิดประสบการณ์เติมเต็มความสุขให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ชื่นชอบการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหาร (Food Lover) ทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ พร้อมนำเสนอเสน่ห์อาหารไทยสร้างภาพลักษณ์ให้ประเทศไทยเป็นเมืองที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์และหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมอาหาร

ภายในงาน “Amazing Food Festival 2024” รวบรวมความพิเศษเอาใจนักท่องเที่ยวสายชิม สายกิน และสายโซเชียลให้มาอัพเดตลิ้มลองความอร่อย เปิดประสบการณ์ลิ้มรสวัตถุดิบอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์และโดดเด่นของภูมิภาคต่างๆ จากทั่วประเทศไทยแบบอร่อยจุใจมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ร้านอาหารระดับ MICHELIN GUIDE ร้านอาหารชื่อดังที่กำลังได้รับความนิยม ร้านอาหารร่วมสมัย ร้านสตรีทฟู้ดท้องถิ่นที่เป็นที่นิยม ร้านอาหารดังของภูมิภาคต่างๆ และการออกบูธจำหน่ายสินค้า Art and Craft และบูธจากผู้ประกอบการรางวัลอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวไทย (Thailand Tourism Awards)  นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมการสาธิตการสอนทำอาหาร โดยเชฟบิ๊ก-ภูริพรรษ ใจวีระวัฒนากุล ผู้ชนะจากรายการ Stars Chef Thailand เชฟเก้า-วาโย นิสัชชนาการ Head of Cold kitchen Hilton Bangkok grand Asoke และเชฟจากชุมชนวิสาหกิจชุมชนบางโรง และชุมชนบ้านบางเทา-เชิงทะเล พร้อมเชิญชวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาร่วมงาน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม One Day Trip ที่ชุมชนบ้านบางโรง จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อทำกิจกรรมในชุมชนและเรียนรู้ต้นกำเนิดแห่งวัตถุดิบด้านอาหารของจังหวัดภูเก็ต  สามารถลงทะเบียนได้ที่ Facebook Page : Amazing Food Festival 2024  ก่อนจะเพิ่มบรรยากาศแห่งความสนุกสนานไปกับการแสดงดนตรีจากศิลปินชื่อดัง ชาติ-สุชาติ, วง Getsunova, เอิ๊ต ภัทรวี,อ๊อฟ-ปองศักดิ์, แตงโม เดอะวอยซ์, และซานิ นิภาภรณ์ ตลอดทั้ง 3 วันของการจัดงาน พร้อมเชิญชวนให้ผู้ร่วมงานร่วมกันคัดแยกขยะอย่างถูกวิธี เพื่อร่วมกันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมงานสามารถติดตามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ Facebook Page : Amazing Food Festival 2024

Elevating Soft Power to Boost Food Tourism

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is preparing spectacular events with the “Amazing Food Festival 2024” to uphold the international food festival that will make Thailand one of the food tourism destinations. Presenting many top restaurants which are carefully selected in one festival, proposing the concept of “Good Food Good Vibes” to promote out of season tourism with food tourism. The festival will take place in Phuket from July 5-7, 2024, at Phuket Outdoor Arena, Floresta side, Central Phuket shopping mall. This will give the full experience and fill the happiness to tourists who love food tourism and are food lovers for both Thais and foreigners. This will promote the image of creating a perception of Thailand as a city that is rich and diverse with the food culture by drawing the charms of Thai food throughout all the region, highlighting and helping to promote Thai food ingredients by introducing Thai tourism to the world level, connecting to the trend of tourism in the main cities by organizing events in three provinces, including Phuket.

In “Amazing Food Festival 2024”; foodies, food lovers and social media tourists could update the taste of the deliciousness and varieties of many restaurants that have been carefully selected for this event. This will allow the experience of unique and outstanding food ingredients of various regions from all over Thailand. In each province, there is a highlight of different outstanding restaurants; such as MICHELIN GUIDE restaurants, famous restaurants with current popularity, contemporary restaurants, street food shops, popular local food shops, and famous shops from different regions. This also includes the decoration of the event area and photo area which brings the culture and famous ingredients of each province and each region to be famous landmarks. Apart from that, there will be demonstration of cooking activities by famous chefs, such as Chef Big Phuripat Jaiweerattanakul (The winner of Stars Chef Thailand), Chef Kao Vayo Nisatchanakan (Head of Cold kitchen Hilton Bangkok grand Asoke), and local chefs from Ban Bang Rong and Ban Bang Tao-Cherng Talay communities. There are also booths for Art & Craft and TTA (Thailand Tourism Awards) with the activities of inviting tourists to register via Facebook: Amazing Food Festival 2024, to experience One Day Trip in Ban Bang Rong communities that is the origin of Phuket’s food ingredients. With the increasement of fun through music performance for the people attending and enjoying 3 days concerts from various famous artists such as Chart Suchart, Getsanova, Earth Patravee, Aof Pongsak, Tangmo The Voice, Zani Nipaporn.

This event focuses on the importance of being environmentally friendly and sustainability. We would like to invite all the tourists to take part and be responsible for garbage in the society by separating the garbage correctly and throwing the garbage in the designated area. There will be staff giving out knowledge of how to correctly separate garbage. This aim is for the tourists to understand and see the benefits of sorting garbage with the cooperation of alliances involved in garbage separation.

Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) expects that by hosting “Amazing Food Festival 2024” in Phuket, this will attract tourists, encouraging them to extend their stay and increase spending, thereby boosting local economic circulation. The event is expected to draw more than 15,000 visitors and generate a revenue of at least 35 million baht.
